I finished my university studies at Eötvös Lóránd University in 1987 and since then I have been teaching Mathematics at secondary and university level. I started my teaching career in a secondary school in the XIII. district and after 3 years of teaching I went to the USA as a graduate student and I taught Mathematics for 12 semesters at Purdue University in Indiana. I earned my Master of Science degree in Mathematics in 1993 there. I returned to Hungary in 1996 and since then I have been employed by the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME). I started to work in ISGS of BME as a lecturer in 1996, a year later I became the deputy director and since 2001 I have been the director of the school. Teaching is my chosen profession which I still enjoy doing and it gives me strength to overcome the everyday difficulties of managing the school. Besides my responsibilities at ISGS I also work for several European educational projects of the Technical University and I use these international experiences and connections for the benefit of ISGS as well. I am very proud of the fact that during the last 10 years our school has participated in about 10 international student exchange programs and projects.
